WHAT AM I DOING RIGHT NOW?

I am an MBA graduate from Babson College (Class of 2010) in the Wellesley town of Massachusetts. Babson is world's leading business school for entrepreneurial management studies.

Our credo at Babson is entrepreneurial thought and action. It is not only about new start ups but more about identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.

My career focus is to work in marketing and strategy roles, managing innovations in technology enterprises and hedging against the new emerging technology trends.

PAST WORK EXPERIENCE

At Babson, I was the Director of Web and Technology for the 2009 Babson Entrepreneurship Forum.

Over the summer of 2009, I worked as a Research Intern at Lux Research Inc., assessing opportunities in emerging technologies.

I have also worked on a consulting project for Microsoft to develop a marketing strategy to increase the outreach of Microsoft’s initiative using social media.

Prior to my MBA, I have worked for 5 years at Patni Computer Systems Ltd., across the various stages in the life cycle of software development.

I have played varied roles from an offshore developer to Technical Lead to mentoring resources at Offshore Development Center to being a client liaison. In my last year as Software Specialist at Patni, I worked on a product development project as onsite project co-ordinator. I have also had several client facing engagements.

At Patni, and even further dating back to my undergraduate days, I have had played several leadership roles. These past experiences have only helped me grow and become more capable today.
